This Site contains the names, e-mail addresses and other contact information of various individuals affiliated with AACPS. This information is provided to assist you in contacting the appropriate person within the AACPS regarding specific questions you may have about our programs. Collection, distribution and use of this contact information for other purposes is strictly prohibited. Without limiting the foregoing, physician information provided on this Site, either by AACPS or posted by third parties, should not be used to verify a physician's credentials.

This Site contains links to third party sites, which are not under AACPS's control. These sites are not governed by this Terms of Use or AACPS's Privacy Policy. AACPS disclaims all responsibility for the operation of such sites, including the information collection practices of such sites. AACPS does not monitor or review the content of third party sites linked to this Site and consequently does not endorse the content of such sites. You acknowledge that AACPS is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency or any other aspect of the content of such sites. Linking to such sites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions governing those sites.

Except as provided for in our Privacy Policy, any material, information or other communication you transmit or post to this Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary ("Communications"). AACPS will have no obligations with respect to the Communications. As a service to the users of this Site, AACPS provides a bibliography and accompanying abstracts about various third party journal articles, research papers, presentations, books and other materials relevant to graduate medical accreditation. The views reflected in these materials are those of the respective authors and not the AACPS.

The information and materials at this Site may be out of date, incomplete or inaccurate. AACPS makes no commitment to correct or update the materials at this Site. You agree that AACPS shall not be liable for omissions or technical or typographical errors or out-of-date information which may appear on this site.

AACPS may revise or withdraw the Site's content, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. AACPS may at any time revise these Terms of Use by updating this posting. 10. Force Majeure.
AACPS shall not be liable for damages for any delay or failure arising out of causes beyond its reasonable control and without default or negligence, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
11. Governing Law.
By using this Site you agree that this agreement, and all matters relating to your use of this Site, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, State of Virginia, without regard to choice of law principles.
